GrowConnect Gatherings are informal, community-building events organized by the GrowConnect leadership team to strengthen bonds among members and foster a sense of belonging. These gatherings, open to members with or without family, aim to create meaningful personal connections, encourage active participation in future initiatives, and support long-term engagement within the GrowConnect community.
Held twice a year, GrowConnect Gatherings can feature a variety of activities such as sports events, morning or nature walks, movie outings, festival celebrations, picnics, trekking, cultural visits, casual meet-ups, or dinner events.
The gatherings are designed to be relaxed and flexible, with expenses shared fairly among participants. GrowConnect leaders and core committee members are encouraged to attend, and event details are typically shared at least a week in advance. The primary focus remains on enjoyment, networking, and relationship-building, creating a vibrant and supportive community without rigid rules or pressure.
